We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and credit-related questions you submit to our AI assistant. We do not automatically collect or store credit reports, Social Security numbers, or bank account information. If you choose to share such information in a chat message, it is encrypted and processed only to provide you with relevant guidance.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide and improve our AI credit education service. This includes processing your questions, generating dispute letter templates, and personalizing your experience. We never use your data for advertising targeting or sell it to third parties.
3. Data Retention
Chat history is retained for 90 days to allow you to reference previous conversations. After 90 days, chat data is automatically purged. Account information is retained as long as your account is active. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except: (a) with your explicit consent, (b) to comply with legal obligations, (c) to protect our rights or safety, or (d) with service providers who are bound by confidentiality agreements and only process data on our behalf.
